Nerve Damage??

I bought a Beeman Sportsman Rs2 at a gun show. This is a fairly cheap Chinese made spring air rifle. After shooting it several times I felt a sensation sorta like an electrical shock in my right thumb where it attaches to my hand. I did continue shooting and got this sensation a few more times. After shooting if that area of my thumb gets rubbed, I get that sensation. This is not a heavy recoiling rifle by any means. It, like all spring airs does have that odd feeling recoil. I wonder if I did nerve damage and would like to know if anyone else has experienced this?

You might have what they call trigger finger.

I am not kidding, it is a medical problem.

Sounds like carpel tunnel issue aggravated by vibration.

Bobster--I'd say you hit the nail on the head that it is vibration causing the problem.
