Hey guys, hope you are all good and safe with this covid thing, just wanted to do a nice report of this trip that way you all can be part of it, today I start a new adventure with a client we are heading to Zimbabwe, I just got to my first stop in Rome, I flew from Madrid Spain via Ethiopian once I got to the front desk you must have your PRC test Negative 72 hours before your departure, beside that they will ask you to fill a formal statement to the purpose of the entry to Italy.

With all this done we got pass security all well, got in our plane, flight on time to Rome 2 hours did not give us a cup of water or snack but the rest was great, next stop Addis Ababa, from their fly to Harare and last a internal flight to Victoria falls and then Camp, cant wait to start hunting, wish me luck, will keep you guys posted each day if possible.

Zimbabwe October 2020:

Sorry for the delay, just got back yesterday, After 10 days hunting in Zimbabwe, we had a great hunt with a dear client and friend who was very happy, in our 3rd day we spotted this nice bull with symmetric tusk, he had joined a herd of cows that made the moment more intense. Shot placement was perfect shoulder/Heart. Then we manage to hunt a nice Grysbok, Reedbuck, Zebra and Kudu.

Grateful to see plenty of animals: Lions, Lioness, Elephants, Sable, Buffalos, Giraffe, Zebra, Duiker, Kudu, Warthog, Waterbuck, Hyena, and others, plenty of water in the area, that boundary’s with Hwange National Park.

A few tips before you travel: Make sure you get very early to the airport, have your PCR test 48 hours before departure printed, print the letter of invitation of your outfitter, on arrive to Harare you will see a line of 200 or more passengers as soon as you get out of the plane waiting for 3 inspectors with iPad filling one by one your details, PCR test and other info that they will ask.
