Pictures now report to follow maybe in a few months.

No one is hunting much in Moz or Zim - pictures from Nov 2019 hunt in Moz with Mokore.

Doug Duckworth was PH (I like hunting with Doug a lot but I won’t tell him that Big Grin) Mokore is Simply excellent. Moz Coutada 9 is magnificent and excellent hunting/outdoor area. Go hunt Coutada 9.

Beautiful country

Lion kill

Warthog heaven

Good fishing

Buffalo

Impala

Great anti poaching

It’s hot in Nov

I claim this spot in Africa - it’s named after me

Finally some lions

Mike,
Looks like you had a great hunt with Doug, I do not think you can have any other kind with him. We have hunted with Doug/Mokore twice now and really do not want to hunt with anyone else. Will hopefully be making the trip to Coutada 9 in 2023.

Nothing like a photo from a spot you've stood on to suck you right back into the Africa thing. The number of big pigs there in unreal. If you can not see one in front of you, look to your right, there'll be one.

X2 on hunting with Doug (or Gary & Neil), but don't let him know, it'll go to his head.

I love these - in Africa and in Florida

Rarest sight in all of Africa. A great white hunter doing some actual work

He only did it for a pose Big Grin

He went back to being a “coke and buns ph”. He is a very good ph but we don’t want it to go to his head Wink

Excellent rock and scenery in moz

Craig another ar member putting the zim guys in place and telling them the right way to braai American style Big Grin

Eland and sable kebabs - delicious

Will post more pictures.

Makes me hungry, We had a Brai and made some Eland tenderloin on that very grill. Dan found a Puff Adder in the wood box the next day after. I walked by it every morning and evening in the dark so I paid more attention to the ground after the snake incident!! tell your bud the Puff Adder most likely came right between his nice white NB shoes, albeit in September 2018

Congrats on your hunt, but 49c? That's over 120f! I've been in 115f during February (Zim) and that was hot enough for me! shocker

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
