Despite VAR, very inconsistent referees.
They need to cut out the holding and shirt pulling too.

The Portugal / Morocco match was horrible for holding and other fouls. The referee should have given out 2-3 yellow cards in the first ten minutes and straightened out both teams. By the end of the match he could have given out 20 yellows.
