Interesting article here

A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

Ive never been shy in using the fat. There is plenty of meat on a deer that will have no fat, shame to waste the bits that do.

Best deer fat I've tasted was from a Chital. Fallow was very waxy I thought. Red deer was horrible.
