2 New IBS Score Records Possible

Richard Sissel Shot a 250-21X ( new record) score at 200 Yds.
This, coupled with his 100 Yd. score of 250-23X gave him a new Agg. record of 500-44X

I don't care who you are, that there is some danged fine shooting.

I am not familiar with bench rest scoring. Can you enlighten me on what 250-21X means?
