I had a pair of hunting knives made by David Winston. I believe they turned out very well. Blade steel is D2, Scales are Burl Walnut. Now the daughter and I have to wait for hunting seasons.
Thanks for looking,
Doug

Dave makes some very fine knives. I have many of them.

Very nice looking pair. Congrats.

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.

I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.
