This is a Harvey King (Alta Vista, KS) custom knife. I purchased this knife about a year ago and the quality is true perfection. Micarta handle, D2 steel, and a great sheath. Prices are reasonable.

Looks like that would do the trick.
Man-sized handle.
Nice, clean lines.

I have 2 of Harvey's knives. One lives on my skinning bench and the other has a semi permanent home in my day pack. Extremely well designed field knives.

I seldom comment about knives due to my ignorance, but to my eye that knife, handle and blade are what I would consider perfection of shape, color and material.
