Does that knife have a beveled edge on both sides of the blade or only one???

Classic blade beveled and sharpened on both sides. Blade forged from sandwiched steel, one hard layer between two softer ones, conform to Scandinavian cutlery tradition.

I learned to appreciate the sharpness and edge holding quality of said steel from another (and plainer) Helle knife made for Norma and presented to me some years ago when invited by Norma to their annual moose hunt.
