Several years ago, I ordered a matching set of Gene Ingram No #1 Drop Points, got the e-mail notification that they shipped today. Cant wait to work some coyotes over with them this winter.

Here's the teaser pic Gene included with the e-mail.

Really a nice set. Congrats.

Beautiful handles. Spalted maple?

Yes, it is spalted burl maple. Haven't had a chance to use one yet. Gene just missed our big game season with the delivery date. I'll try to find some time here shortly to tip a coyote over and test drive one of them on it. I can't wait for my next set, a couple of matching No #6 Drop Points.

Sweet!

Gene makes some beautiful knives, but they are so nice I'd be afraid to use them I think. Nate
