I'll add a few to the list,

Cases, either RP or WW. Primers CCI std large pistol. Gun, ruger super blackhawk shortened to 4 5/8"

240 gr swc from lee mold, when cast soft, 5 gr red dot for plinker loads at 700 fps, and cast em hard for elmers classic load of 22 gr 2400 for 1400 fps.

310 gr rf gc lee. This is supposed to be 310 gr, but cast from wheelweights, sized .430" and lubed they come out 320 gr. I've used 18 gr 2400 for 1100 fps, and with a cci mag primer and 21.5 H110 they go 1200 fps. These are both stiff loads, and loaded to the rear cannalure. A heavy crimp is a must, or they will work there way out and lock up the cylinder. Work up to these loads, and consider carefully there use in a more lightly constructed 44 mag. That caveat also applies to Elmers 240 gr 2400 load.

One note on the lee 240, I've been using the front lube groove as a crimp groove to put less of the bullet in the case, and reduce bullet jump. Accuracy seems to be improved. Also, this mold is modified so that it casts a plainbase bullet.
