Does anyone know how to contact Greg? My emails are being returned undeliverable and his telephone mailbox is full.

Bryan, I suggest you hire a lawyer and sue, as nothing less seems to get Hein's attention.

Well,

I'm on the class action suit with you had mine on order for over 2 years. I was told sometime in June of 07 then Jan of 08 then March of 08. Time has come and gone. I will get a letter out to him sometime in June stating action or return my money.

I hope that MRC has better luck making the PH action. My LH 505 has been in the works for 2.5 years.

Tip Burns and John Valicek have had my woodblank and barrel forever and are just waiting on an action!

Jorge: Have not received the PM yet

I hope that it does not come to legal action since venue would lie in Washington State and attorney's fee and travel would eat up the 2000+ I have on deposit. I would, if it came to that, engage the Postal Inspectors Office to pursue a mail fraud investigation

Recall that Hein advertised heavily by email, reaching out to other states and thereby giving jurisdiction in many states other than WA.

I wonder if the BATFE would entertain a group complaint about Hein's apparently dishonest behavior.

But they are not the N-Series action. they are a round body not a flat bottom action.

So it seems Hein took the money from his custom rifle customers and ran?? Am I right? I wonder if HRC what kind of person they are doing business with.

It certainly appears that way. Why else would he not respond to even the most innocuous emails from his customers asking bona-fide questions? jorge

More importantly, he is not dealing with them, refusing to answer phone calls or emails and in fact telling one customer never to call him, contact him or visit his shop even though Hein has thousands of dollars of the customer's money! Although Mr. Satterlee may have lacked top notch business management skill and although some of his customers felt that statements he made were not accurate, at least he talked to his customers and refunded deposits for those not willing to endure a longer wait for the product. This Hein stuff is a whole different kettle of fish, or so it would seem. Perhaps Mr. H. will condescend to stop by this forum and tell his story.

Maybe he's dead or sick or kidnapped by aliens or in jail. Someone should go see him to get the real story.

I wish I had his street address, it would be worth the gas to take the Electra Glide up to visit.

Fortunately for me, I may have possibly just found the M70 I require for my own project and will never have to deal with such nonsense...

500grains - I doubt Herr Hein will have the stuff to stop by and tell his side of the tale. What a free-for-all that would turn out to be!

Nope. If you go over to the OTHER Hein thread, you'll see a picture of a generic barreled N series action and a wood blank that appears to be mine. According to Hein, he had oreders for five "N" actions so ostensibly, there is a 20% chance that is my action. Well that is WAS my action anyway. jorge

ISS,
Your cover has been blown. If Herr Hein hears the Harley pulling up outside the shop he will duck and run. Think alternative transportation, or at least park a couple of blocks away and sneak up on him. thumb
