Duncan Gilchrist has published many on sheep. To find a good copy of Sheep and Sheep Hunting is not difficult but pricey. Another is by Batten.
Are you looking for research or merely adventure. I have collected many O’Conner books that have kept me entertained for many an evening. MTG
