In these eighteen true stories, Mr, Hibben takes us with him as he tracks lions in the brush and a herd of dangerous cape buffalo. Baits the vicious leopard, dodges the stupid rhino and barely escapes an elephant stampede.

We follow the difficult paths of rare gazelles and antelopes - the forest sitatunga, valled "the ghost of the forest", the dibitag, which inhabits the arid stretches of East Africa. The Nile lechwe, which lives in inaccessible swamps and we also venture into the treacherous Sahara for the addax.

"Dodges the stupid rhino." [Big Grin]
"Dibitag" is a new critter name for me.
Thanks for the book tour.

RAB,

I think I made a mistake in the spelling.

Saeed, my friend, if I had known what a dibatag was I would have understood that a "dibitag" was meant to be a Clarke's gazelle.

You spell very well. I don't do any better and I only have to deal with one language.

Thanks again for the book tour.

Now about that picture of Elgin Gates wearing a tutu ... surely Walter must have something to do with this?
