Safety of corroded ammo

This may not be the right forum for this but I couldn't find one that seemed a better fit. I just cleaned out a storage building and came across quite a bit of corroded ammo - nothing exotic, just common rounds like 30-06, .44 mag, etc.. My question is: Is this stuff safe to shoot. A lot of the brass and primers are corroded. If it's not safe, what is the proper way to dispose of it.

My second question: Among the ammo are some old boxes of .22 winchester automatic, 35 self loader, 32 self loader, 351 self loader and 401 self loader. I sold the rifles a few years ago. Anybody want them? If so, send me a pm. First come, first serve. I am in Houston, Texas.

Hunter - two ways to dispose of the corroded ammo: bury it deep or give it to a law enforcement agency for disposal. Typically the state, and sometimes even large municipal departments, have a EOD officer / unit.

I'd be interested in the ammo and will send you an eMail as requested.
