Came accross these at a yard sale.

1 full box of 401 Winchester ammo. Missing one flap but other wise in decent shape.
Any guess on value? I thought about just using them for trading stock and breaking the box apart, but that seems a waste.

Thanks

Given the box condition, the value is in the rounds. These will bring $2 - $3 per round for shooters.

Well, I hate to break that box up, so anyone interested in some trading? I would be interested in trading for some british ctgs as I have very few in my collection. Basically anything from 375 flanged up. I do need another forged mauser bolt for a project for my daughterthough. Or ?
LMK.

Regards,
JAG

Down here in middle America, those specimens can command about $5.00 bucks apeice.... The box isn't worth much, unless you keep it intact with all rounds.... Just because they are copper tubed and clean. Even with a missing flap and chicken scratch all over it.
