I just got my new contender barrel for the 309 JDJ. I have formed the cases from 375 JDJ and now ready to fire form..I found some old 180 g Sierras and would like to know of any fireforming loads to start out. Thanks

I just use regular loads for fire forming.

When fire forming new 444 Marlin brass into 309 JDJ I usually use a middle of the road loading, as in half way from beginning to max. LOL. I use IMR 4350.
