It beats being caught in some lame perjury trap. The constitution gives us the right to just keep our mouths shut about ourselves.

There is a fool-proof way to avoid perjury traps.

Don't lie.

Republicans apparently never heard of this technique.

Would that be like chanting "Lock Her Up" without ever specifying a crime?

Perjury traps can be as simple as making errors in times and dates due to faulty memory. Not intended to mislead. Someone could follow you around a day of your life and record everything you did. Then ask you to regurgitate it. One error and you are branded a stinking liar.

Save it for the choir. Anybody with half a brain knows what's going on. You define the word "apologist".

That's the problem, Democrats by in large don't have half a brain. They blunder through life with an interstate speed limit IQ.

The quasi socialists on here masquerading as Democrats use Uncle Sal's (Alinsky) Playbook perfectly ! "Accuse your enemy of doing that which you are doing..... or have done"!

Webster's Definition of the word "Wymple": Is a compound word ( "wymp", defined as someone or something weak and ineffective); (ymple, hybridized spelling of the word "pimple", defined as sore on the body politic that when erupted puts forth a noxious rhetorical narrative.) The ymple is caused by an infection in the body politic itself.

Nobody is convicting him. Stick to point.

Answer this, Bentframe, in your vast experience, do innocent people often take the Fifth Amendment? That’s the question.

Anybody know how many times Hillary pled the 5th?
23 January 2022, 08:56
bentaframe
I'm not arguing the "5th". I tend to agree with you. My bitch is everyone on here speaking as if they truly had actual first hand knowledge of what is really going on. Most, if not all of it is coming from a corrupt Media (Left and Right) and a political system that is destroying the country and I"m getting tired of footing the bill !

Maybe you are not too far off, bentframe.

Bullshit. All anyone has to say is "I don't recall the specific time" or "I believe it was that Tuesday."

"Perjury trap" is fabricated bullshit to excuse convicted liars.

NOBODY telling the truth has ever been convicted of perjury, only people trying to "shade" the truth or outright lying. The bar for conviction is too high. Crooked prosecutors working with lying cops can get a bogus murder conviction, happens far too often, but not perjury.

You can go "Full on" anyone of them. Republican or democrat. The difference now is you have a complicate Media favoring one side and not the other. That's called propaganda.

Nice of you to give a big shout out to FOX, the propaganda arm of the right.
