Sorry to hear this . the company that these agreements were with literally no longer exists, and the liabilities, if there are any proven, don't belong to NEWCO - as it was a liquidation of unencumbered assets .

The unions were no help to keeping the employer viable.......

A pro union, anti business, anti gun state.....nuff said!

Move that production to a pro gun, pro business state!

Terrible thing for the employees, but business has to make a profit or there's no business.

If that were all it took, they would have done it long ago. You're a simplistic bunch of dolts.

hahahhahahhaha

so - speaking of simplistic ... say, what conditions have changed that makes this a more compelling story (hint: it's in this thread) at this time?

I mean --
no longer answering to a hardcore, profits first conglomerate
corporate legacy and inertia gone
debts are gone
factory is closed
and looking for a way to leverage the asset (rights to make guns) while leaving a anti-gun business...

hmmmm, yeah, it's simple

looks like they raped it right into the dirt.
I guess the former owners now 'owe' the union a kick back of some sort?
