Most personal injury lawyers are digging into every Non Hodgkins lymphoma case over the past 20 years trying to pin it on Bayer and roundup.
Truly unbelievable the research being done to see if they can cash in on that $10 Billion set aside.
I know a few folks who were actually called by attourney's asking questions about family members.
I guess everyone has to try and make a buck.
I do not know if I would be able to make a living off the misfortunes of others.
Funny thing? The product is still on the shelf.

And here I thought there would be a link to an obituary.

I do find the overall disapproval of attorneys amusing.

Every time I have had to engage the legal system my barristers have kicked ass.

Undefeated.

If it wasn't for lawyers, we wouldn't need lawyers!

Soaking this all in. I think JTEX nailed it. If is wasn't for lawyers, we wouldn't need lawyers.
So as much I have hold my nose and hold TV and personal injury plaintiffs' lawyers in general in contempt, they make defense lawyers like me necessary. So I guess the advertisers and questionable plaintiffs' lawyers guarantee my job. Kind of like cockroaches guarantee exterminators' jobs.

It is, but like Saeed says, in a general commercial dispute, the party that's willing to pay the most wins in general. Now that's sad and not justice, but it's the adversary system. I must admit that I profit from it though.

The attorneys are always undefeated. Both sides. Clients loose, are convicted, maybe win, maybe get rich, sometimes sentenced to death, regardless, the attorneys win. They get paid and Bigly.

The real victory is staying out of the courts and away from the law and the lawyers. Give them nothing.

If these crooks were interested in improving their reputation they'd police themselves, but nah! The sleazies like Michael Cohen rule the day and so,......we consider them the fuckers they are. moon

Scott,

A big part of my practice is advising clients on how to stay out of the legal system.

Lavaca, Just know that any comment here is a generalisation, and for sure we all know there are decent people in the legal fraternity.
Just a shame it appeals to another type as well.
Not fair I know, but your industry is judged by its worst.
