Naw, Tyler. It only begins in another direction. We moderates and conservatives will be watching every move Oblather makes, should he get elected. The libtards will be doing the same if McCain wins.

This country is pretty well split down the middle, and the animosity is quite intense. It won't disappear because of the election. It will likely increase incrementally.

No, it doesn't. No matter who wins.

What you say would be true, if the government had been restrained within constitutional limits. It hasn't been, for a long time.

That's why, tomorrow, we have to await the outcome of an election to know if we will have political appointees on the bench who say the constitution guarantees we are secure in our property and thus may keep it, or if we'll have other political appointees who say the constitution demands social justice through wealth redistribution and thus must surrender it.

The left has discovered a marvelous thing; if you appoint the correct set of saboteurs to the bench, you can not only rule by judicial fiat but a large percentage of the population will be tricked into thinking that's the system "we the people" set up.

So even if the protege of Ayers, Dohrn, Wright, et al, doesn't get into the White House tomorrow, it isn't like they'll give up on the project to which they've devoted their lives.

Yeah, I'm a moderate Republican, for a variety of reasons, which I won't elaborate on here.

I freely admit I despise leftists and socialists, who would attempt to convert our country into a replica of Cuba, or Venezuela, or a wide variety of other failed endeavors to redistribute personal wealth, no matter how slight, and I despise crooked Chicago machine politicians with Marxist leanings and a terrorist as a primary advisor and a racist as a pastor.

I honestly don't know what it means to say you're a moderate Republican. Which isn't meant as a criticism of anyone who says he is.

I've never been much of a Republican. My political philosophy has always been based on the solid evidence that freedom works. Political parties come and go, but freedom works.

The anti-freedom parties like our current dhimmicrats want to convince you otherwise. So they create and manipulate government sponsored entities to create market distortions like Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae did to the housing market. And they march government functionaries before the press like Alan Greenspan who's entire job was to influence the markets, who are only subjected to a light spanking after declaring the free market they attempted to distort just doesn't work. And they take what they consider "excess" money from me so I can't provide for my own family. All the while ensuring me they'll take up the slack. And I'm supposed to believe it.

I'm not convinced by the best efforts of government functionaries who want me to believe I really shouldn't be allowed to lead my own life.

And I am most definitely not sorry about it.

In Florida, you may only register as a Democrat or a Republican. You may not register as an independant, or I would. Well, that's not quite true, as you may do so but then are excluded from voting in primary elections.

Voting in the primary in Florida as a Dim is futile, as has been demonstrated. I'd rather help pick the conservative candidate than the liberal one.

That should answer your comment.

Thomas Jefferson.

That pretty well sums up my political philosophy.
