Bulletsmiths,

This is a picture of RCE's (Richard) latest Work of Art, A bullet swage die set that makes bullets in - 1/2s -3/4e - 1e - TC - 1/2s LT - using .035" - .050" - and .065" Copper Strip or Copper tubing for jackets. It also is set up to make the lighter weight pistol bullets for the .480 Ruger and the .475 Linebaugh. One Heck of a die set.

The duel diameter die, punches and bullet reducing die that belongs in this set will be here next week as Richard is not quite finished creating.

Will post pictures of the two Ruger #1's that I am building when they are done one in .470 nitro and one in .50-110 Winchester.

Swageall: Richard lives about ten minutes from my place, and I think I may have seen some of your lovely die set being assembled when I dropped by recently. He does just wonderful stuff. I have some dies coming soon -- to duplicate the British .577-450 paper patched lead bullet.

Holy Cow!!

I just received some of the bullets, today... So I haven't had a chance to shoot them yet.. but I am chooomping at the bit!!

First, the consistency from bullet to bullet is excellent, in shape, weight and finish

Second, they arrived in PROFESSIONAL packaging. I am telling you, I have bought bullets from barnes that didn't arrive this nice.

I'll be loading up the 470 AR, perhaps tomorrow, and trot them out!!

Great work, looks GREAT... nearly like the 535gr .510 "schuler" bullet... should feed like a hungrey coondog!!

Are you planning on defending against a Zulu impi with traditional weapons and calibers? Be sure cartridge extraction is OK lest you become a practice dummy for splenectomy, appendectomy, and cesarean instruction.

these are certainly going to get a workout when the temps drop here...100deg/100% makes jeffe hunt for shade and beer, not hogs and deer!!!

Is someone making these bullets in 470 that will sell them? If so, what are the prices? I can always use some good bullets!

We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't, Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a President, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke!!!!! Rich;

You sure can come over, especially if your armed. Have some .600 nitro jackets that we can reduce to .550". or maybe trade some swage die sets and or presses for a big bore single shot.
