Anyone with reasonable intelligence who has read Henry James is also familiar with Anais Nin.Porn? I think not. But I have copies of Joyces "Ulysses",Reage's "Story of O" simply because they are banned I want them. And yes I have some of Anais Nin's works as well, just because I'm not allowed to.Of course we are today but it is the principle.

I defend plaintiff's claims against civil defendants. Here are three of my most useful:

This is a loose paraphrase of a Will Rogers quote. "There are three types of people in the world, those who already know it, those who can follow good advice and those who have to pee on the electric fence on their own."

One by Patton:

"When in doubt, attack!"

and finally as a last resort when your client really messed up, this by Napoleon:

"Never attribute to malice what can be explained by incompetence."
