I'm not sure what your frigging problem is, but 2 acres with 3600 sq ft house along with an Old West town for fun is not a rip-off. Just like any property, it may not be for everyone but I found it appealing. (Grand)Kids and those who are still kids at heart would probably really enjoy it. Most Texans are friendly, you must be one of those transplants.
