Dennis Harris, who posts here and is the owner of Artistry of Wildlife studio just took all the top awards at the Mich Taxidermy competition held last weekend. His pedestal rhino, real skin, not repro, was stunning and in the back he had a very cool cavenman painting scene sculpted into the thing, and lit with something that looked like fire light. And it rotated.

His air leopard this year was attached to a nyala in an unbelieveable balance. Damn thing defies mathematics. Pure genius.

Now Dennis, post some damn pictures cuz I was too stupid to bring my camera!

I also want to congratulate Dennis Harris on the quality of work that he and his team produce, there seems to be some activity with in this site as it relates to commercial verses competition, large taxidermist shop verses smaller shop and so on!! Dennis did a pedestal mount for my Rhino that won all the major awards at the Michigan State Taxidermy competition a couple of weeks ago, although this mount is absolutely stunning I have to say all the mounts that I get from him are always done this way stunning and what I would say is competition quality.

Dennis please put a post up to show everybody the Rhino with your awards I think everybody would like to see it.
