Happy thanksgiving to you all! We are having (the five of us, the wife and my 3 younger daughters, here in New Mexico) not my older kids. Turkey meatballs made from ground turkey and stuffing and eggs and seasoning. Because it takes an hour to make and cook and I don't have to babysit it. For some reason no one in my family except me likes roast turkey. Cranberry mustard and cranberry dip for dipping the meatballs. Pumpkin pie made from Kombucha and Butternut pumpkins, maple syrup, fresh ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, cardomum, and assorted other spices, with a sugar cookie crust. Bacon-cheddar mash potatoes. Wife made sugar cookies today. | |||
