I would really like to have a combination gun but haven't gotten the nerve to buy a Blaser just yet.
So, what alternatives are out there or are there any alternatives?

Oh, suck it up and just buy the Blaser. You know you won't be happy with anything less.

You're right. I guess I'm just trying to make sure I should do it...

As you know, I am buying a BBF 97, and I have never touched or even seen one except in photos. I am trusting Corjack's advice, and he has never steered me wrong.

Take the NIKE approach: Just Do It!!!

Cliff

I have hunted with Blaser D99 Duo's in 9,3x74R, and in 308, and a D99 in 308, as well as a BBF 97 in 308/20ga, and I have shot another D99 Duo in 9,3x74R.

ALL of them are excellent shooters.

Very accurate.

IF I EVER GET IT!!! It was supposed to be at BlaserUSA last Thursday or Friday, and by now, it should be on the way to Euro Optics and then back to MY dealer. HOPEFULLY, I will have it by next week.

I'm really looking forward to seeing it, but certainly no more so than you. It's been on order for some time, hasn't it?

I called Alex at Euro Optics on April 15th and was told up front that it might take 90-120 days, and since 90 has come and gone, it is looking like it MIGHT be here on the 120th day.
