Does anyone know where I can get one of those Chapman 2 position safety milling fixtures....or something like it?

It is actually just as easy to do a couple of measurements and mill them; I have a fixture but it is actually not much faster. All cuts are made off the firing pin slot. And the top hole, can be easily plotted. The instructions, while very poor, tell you where to cut and drill.
If you are going to do a production run of them, then you might want a fixture.

I would imagine that after doing a few it would be pretty easy to figure out.....but I haven't done a few....or any....

It is easy on the first one. All the fixture does is hold it in place; you still have to put the cutter in the right place.
