After years of searching, I have finally located and purchased a seemingly mythical Sako AV in 9.3x62, NIB. Anyone here have one? I have seen at least two in the later L691 (KurtC had them for sale), but only one other AV, which is what I desired. Lou

I have one, also NIB. Picked it up in the early 90's I think. No sights, 24" bbl, palm swell stock, no grip cap and coarse checkering. It has the long tang and Std. trigger guard
/magazine. I was looking for a Safari model in this caliber but have only seen one for sale in 15 years or so. The serial # is 6085xx. This caliber seems scarce, good luck with your new find.
