Does anyone have any other source of 450 Marlin loads other than the ones worked up by Jamison in the Shooting Times article? Thanx

If you contact Hornady on their website, they will send you the loads they use. I got results from them in less than a week. Huntington's is now carrying brass for reloading too.

Pop,

I have the loading data from both Hornady and Hogdon. The powders they list are: IMR 4198, IMR 3031, H4198, RL7, VIHT N120, VIHT N130, XMR 2015, XMP 5744. These powders are listed by Hornady.

Hogdon lists: H4198, H322, BENCHMARK, VARGET, and H4895. Hogdon's info can be downloaded from www.hogdon.com/data/rifle/450marlin.htm.
