Unless you're set on a trim-die, I would call Forster...
http://www.forsterproducts.com they will make the 577 trimmer for you.
Obviously that would not only work for the 577, but for the 500 and any other calibers you would need to trim.
If you don't have a trimmer, this seems to be more economical.

"The .746 rim diameter requires a specially made trimmer to hold the case rim. The .584 diameter bullet also requires a special case trimmer pilot. We modify our standard 50 BMG trimmer, then use a standard 5 3/8 inch long base to manufacture the 577 Nitro Trimmer. In 2005 the special 577 Nitro trimmer is priced the same as our 50 BMG trimmer.
