I've used the Saeco 200gr. Bore riding are is large enough in diameter it fits one of the 2 30-30's I own, light engraving on front 1/3 of boolet. Shoots well. Don't remember load - just dug it out of a book. Recoil is significantly higher than with 170 gr 311041.

Lee #2 has loading data for a 190 grain cast in the .30-30. I'd be willing to reduce those starting loads by a grain and half and work up from there with a 200 grain bullet.
