got my ballisticast moulds [Big Grin] ,tried them tonight the .475cal-460gr took alot of heat before it would fill out (frosty)using ww ,w/gc they weigh 455gr they look good though can't wait to load the 475gnr and 475 linebaugh see what they will do,these test at 14bhn ,do frosty ww bullets test harder than shiny ww bullets?mine seem to.just wondering if there is a general rule of thumb,thanks.

They shouldn't test harder that I know of, but if you just cast them, they should test at near pure lead hardness. An air quenched bullet won't reach full hardness for about a month.
