I don't imagine the pressure screws would be a frequent breakage or lost part for the 450 so Lyman is probably your best option for purchasing these.
If of any help the part # for the pressure screw for is #2990559.

Just out of curiosity why do you need two pressure screws?

i have 3 450's i use different lube in each. the pressure screws are the only part that has failed over 30 years
