I probably should know this, but I don't. Do ww cast bullets get harder or softer with age? I'm thinking black powder here. Any help? Thanks, Jeff

Harder. In a matter of a month or so. WW alloy works as good as any alloy with BLK BTW. Best results are letting the cast bullets 'age up' till they shoot well. Yet I find some lots shooten fine right from casting.

Tin/lead slugs age soften over 30-40 days.

Aladin, thanks for the info. I feel like a dummy because AFTER I posted I learned what I was looking for in another thread. Gonna have to pay a little more attention I think! Jeff
