Was gonna go out for a sit tonight and when I checked the cams, the sounder is back visiting the trap nightly so tomorrow I will set the trap. Going to the stand with the bow, or roaming around with the thermal is fun, but I can do a bunch of good if I can catch the whole bunch of them (10-12) in on swoop.

Nothing this morning--

And, again, nothing, thought the gate had been tripped. Trigger wire was aluminum and it got too lazy to hold the gates in high winds so I replaced it with a steel one.

Was hoping too. Be Well, Packy.

Checked again today—been no traffic in the trap for at least 4 nights, although they are visiting the nearby feeder every night.

Shut the feeder off and bait the trap instead.

See if that works or not.

He finally shot a hog early this morning.
