The tattle-tale (game camera) told me the pigs had been in the trap 16 nights in a row so I set the trap---and made it 17 in a row. 9 total, 3 boars and 6 sows. One of the smaller sows managed to squeeze out thru the cattle panel but I dropped it on the run at about 40 yds with the Nylon 66--on the 2nd shot. jumping

Also did post-mortems on the obviously prego sows and found 11 buns in the oven -- do I get credit for 20?

Dragged them off to the buzzard buffet as all my "customers" have full freezers, which is not uncommon following deer season.

My freezer is full too, but, I'd make room
for a couple or four maybe.

Good harvest there! Count 'em 20.

So once they are in the trap do you just start wacking them?

Colin--that is what happens in my traps. Some folks have gates that allow them to load them into stock trailers and they take them to buyers. The nearest buyer to me is about 40 miles away and they only take hogs over 70 lbs. Most of the ones I trap are 70 and under so they get "adopted" into freezers of folks I call, or dragged off to the buzzard buffet.
