I decided to buy a Leupold Freedom rimfire scope for a 22 I have. It seems all the distributors list the Freedom line as "OUT OF STOCK, NO BACKORDER". That looks to me like a line that is not long for this world. Is anyone aware of a new line or is this just the result of the virus limiting production?
It seems to me that Leupold is trying to become a bigger player in high dollar 30MM scopes and drifting away from the 1" lines. Leupold needs to realize there are a lot of woods deer hunters who would love a couple choices with heavy duplex. I would buy a 2.5x8 HD in a heartbeat.

Doug (Camera Land) to the rescue. He has the rimfire 2x7 version I have been trying to find. He has several Freedom scopes which are unavailable every place I looked.
