In my threat with the elephant hunt video , someone mentioned Sam Rose. Well this particular rifle, I bought from Sam Rose, had Jerome make a few adjustments, like lighter triggers and more lead in the stock ( for balance) and now it’s one of my favorites. Thanks Sam!

Jerome gave me a feel of the 700 and I was quite surprised how well it came up.

Ken at Kebco has them. They're $25,000, but come with a rifle :-)

I was impressed with the precision of the shot, DRT.
Also impressed with the precision regulation of the ejectors on that VC .577 NE. Both empties landed almost touching in the dirt.

Great shooting Ronald! I love my VC .577 and other than increasing the velocity to max to get the regulation right once I added a Dokter red dot , it’s done great. Had my first DRT with it a week ago on a buffalo in the spine. I bought mine from Aaron Neilson but my 45-70 that I brought along with for plains game ( out to 130 yd) was a sweet SIACE double I bought from Sam Rose. Very accurate good gun he sold me.

Hi RIP

The clip with the two empty shells landing next to each other, was shot afterwards, and launched by hand ,however, the do land quite close to each other when ejected, but not that close

regards

I figured the empties landing was a reenactment for dramatic effect, hence the tongue-in-cheek comment.
I was serious about your good shootin'.
Jolly good show.

Looks like you loaded it with corn or the cob, those are big ole bullets!! and you sure did a number on that bull..I also noticed the recoil put some distance between you and the downed bull, about a two yard headstart if you needed to run!!! rotflmo Nice video and good shooting..
