Gents:
At the last gun show a fella was leaving and he said, "want this?" and dropped them on my table and walked away.

The three clips seem to fit an M1 but have a red dot and a 4 or 5 round capacity. There is a take down cleaning rod and another tool whose end looks like a muzzle brake. The canvas pouch fits either the cleaning rod or tool.

Can you enlighten me, please?
Cal

You got close.
The first kit and handle, which has a gas cylinder screwdriver/tool and bolt take down tool in it, are for the M1 Rifle. The long handle is just for the M14; note the gas cylinder wrench, and it also has the bolt disassembly tool on the end. .
And the clips, as stated, are for the M1.

And I should add that the M14 kit also has a chamber brush and oil bottle.
