I'd love to find some information about this canegun. The only name or marking is the letters CAY in a small sideways diamond. It has a steel bbl. lining and smooth bore and a fiber type covering turned down in steps. The handle is guta percha but has been repaired. The handle twist sideways the pulls back exposing the chamber. This also cocks it. The silver band rotates and exposes a small folding trigger. I have shot light loaded, cut down 410 shells and it works fine. Someone once said it was probably made in France. I've had it over 30 years and yes, it's legally registered.
